A CEQA determination posted February 3, 2023 records a February 1 district approval; the filing also reports charter facility grants. Those historical records do not establish current construction or completed buildings. Griffin’s September 14, 2026 board agenda separately proposed a bathroom relocation and classroom refurbishment at this address. The agenda lists a vote item, but its outcome remains unverified. The gym facility at 1 Positive Place is a related, distinct physical project: CSFA’s July 25, 2024 minutes clarify that address in the financing resolutions. Neither those minutes nor the September meeting venue proves that the gym or campus work is complete.
