EDD's 2025–26 WARN report lists a February 12, 2026 notice for Harbinger Production, Inc. at 1245 Nimitz Avenue, Building 680, covering 290 workers with an April 13 effective date. Ryan Geller and Natalie Hanson reported the warning in The Vallejo Sun on February 13, with Sebastien K. Bridonneau contributing; the company then said it was seeking contracts to avoid closure.
