VCUSD filed an environmental exemption notice for portable-classroom changes at three Vallejo elementary schools, posted September 15, 2026. The project replaces three portables with four at Glen Cove and adds one 960-square-foot portable each at Federal Terrace and Steffan Manor, with access and utility improvements. The signed district resolution records adoption of the environmental findings on June 17. The campuses are at 501 Glen Cove Parkway, 415 Daniels Avenue and 815 Cedar Street, respectively.
